This little monkey guy loves to climb things. The photo is blurry because he doesn't stop moving! Oscar is a fast moving little guy. It will be amazing when he starts to walk--I know it will be fast!

Spring is almost here!

I can almost smell the popcorn popping on the Apricot tree! I am carefully watching--there is one in the back yard--and another across the street in front of our home. Sigh! I love the sights and smells of Spring!

The Hardings here are looking forward to seeing Cory De Mille before he leaves for Afghanistan. He will be a medic in the front lines, if I am remembering correctly. Sigh! Our next door neighbor just got home after 369 days in Afghanistan--the front yard from 400 West to the end of our street was covered with American Flags. It was quite inspiring to remember the sacrifice many are making for our country.

Mike--the neighbor, just said that he thought our neighborhood was sort of boring...no bombs or rockets. Nice, is how I looke at it! Thanks Mike!

Excited about the family

Wow--it has been so fun to read all the blogs! What a technologically advanced family! We will try to keep up!

Grandpa just got back from the Consumer Electronic show in Las Vegas. It was pretty cool to see all the new fangled stuff. Andy--Dad even saw the project you are working on--with Sony. I guess that was a good place to introduce new sort of stuff.

Matt will arrive tomorrow night. Seems the planes only arrive on late schedules from Spain! We are very much looking forward to our visit.

Just want to remind all the Harding/Sahlins that there will be a celebration on our 40th Anniversary. Please come and enjoy your family!

Happy New Year

Welcome to your New Year!

Life is pretty exciting around the old hacienda--Grandpa and I are getting the tree down, putting away the decorations and looking forward to planting peas in March! (Well, we would plant them if we had a garden. I guess, it's the thought that counts.)

Just got a new posting from Rob & Melissa--They have joined the blogging generation. Their children are so cute--why keep their sweet faces hidden? Thanks Melissa!

We are looking forward to a trip to Spain in April--(and having a hysterectomy in February--ARGH!!) Life is good and the snow will go away, sometime

Happy New Year 2009!
